Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy explains how customers may request cancellation of an order placed through pixmorra.com.

Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Pixmorra as soon as possible after placing the order.

  • Customer’s full name

  • Order number

  • Email address used during checkout

  • Product or products to be cancelled

  • Reason for cancellation, where applicable

Cancellation Before Processing

We will attempt to cancel an order when it has not yet entered:

  • Order preparation

  • Packing

  • Shipping-label creation

  • Fulfillment

  • Carrier collection

  • Dispatch

When cancellation is completed before processing, the order will not be shipped and any eligible payment already received will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation After Processing Has Started

Pixmorra processes orders quickly, with a standard handling time of 0–1 business day.

A cancellation request cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered preparation, packing, fulfillment, or shipment processing.

Where possible, we will make a reasonable attempt to stop the order before dispatch. However, some orders may be processed before the cancellation request is reviewed.

Orders Already Dispatched

An order cannot normally be cancelled after it has been handed to the shipping carrier.

When an order has already been dispatched, the customer may:

  1. Receive the order;

  2. Contact Pixmorra to request a return; and

  3. Follow the instructions in the Return and Refund Policy.

The customer must not send the product back without first obtaining return instructions.

Refusing Delivery

Customers should not refuse delivery unless Pixmorra has specifically instructed them to do so.

A refused shipment may:

  • Be delayed in return transit

  • Be sent to a carrier facility

  • Incur customs or carrier charges

  • Be returned to a different location

  • Become difficult to identify

Where a customer refuses delivery without authorization, any refund will be reviewed after the package is returned and identified.

Applicable return-shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier charges may remain the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law and consistent with our published policies.

Address Change Requests

Customers should contact Pixmorra immediately when an address correction is required.

We will attempt to update the address when the order has not entered processing or dispatch.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after:

  • A shipping label has been created

  • Fulfillment has started

  • The parcel has been handed to the carrier

  • The carrier has restricted address modification

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Product or Quantity Changes

Customers who need to change a product, color, size, quantity, or other order detail should contact us promptly.

Where the order has not entered processing, we may cancel the original order so the customer can place a corrected order.

Pixmorra cannot guarantee that an order can be edited directly after payment.

Any price difference must be handled through an approved cancellation, refund, or new order. We will not charge an additional amount without the customer’s authorization.

Cancellation by Pixmorra

Pixmorra may cancel all or part of an order for a reasonable reason, including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect product price

  • Technical listing error

  • Failed or reversed payment

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incomplete customer information

  • Invalid or undeliverable address

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Legal restrictions

  • Inability to fulfil the order as confirmed

When Pixmorra cancels a paid order, the eligible cancelled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We will not knowingly retain payment for a cancelled product that will not be supplied.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Eligible cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Pixmorra will initiate the refund within 7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.

PayPal, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or financial institution may require additional time to display the refund after it has been processed.

Currency-conversion differences or financial-provider charges are controlled by the applicable payment provider and are outside Pixmorra’s control.

Pending Payments

If a payment is pending, under review, incomplete, denied, or unclaimed, the order may be placed on hold or cancelled.

Where no completed payment was received, there may be no amount available for Pixmorra to refund.

Customers should review their PayPal or payment-provider account for the latest transaction status.

Duplicate Orders

Customers who accidentally place a duplicate order should contact Pixmorra immediately.

Please provide both order numbers.

We will attempt to cancel the duplicate order when it has not entered processing. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

PayPal Disputes and Cancellation Requests

Customers are encouraged to contact Pixmorra first regarding an ordinary cancellation request so that the order status can be reviewed.

This does not remove any right available through PayPal, a card issuer, a bank, or applicable consumer-protection law.
