1. About Pixmorra

Pixmorra is a handmade jewelry and craft supplies brand operated as a sole proprietorship by Pramod S Rajput. Every product sold on pixmorra.com is individually handcrafted, photographed, packed, and shipped by Pramod personally. There are no third-party manufacturers, factories, or dropshipped goods.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

3. Products

All products sold on Pixmorra are handmade by Pramod S Rajput. Because each item is individually crafted, minor natural variations in color, texture, pattern, bead arrangement, shape, or finish may occur between pieces. These are normal characteristics of handmade goods and are not defects.

Product photos are taken by Pramod of the actual handmade items. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. We make reasonable efforts to display each product accurately.

Pixmorra reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless another currency is shown at checkout. The final order total is displayed before you submit payment. Pixmorra reserves the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Pixmorra reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance — acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

Payment is processed through PayPal. By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout. Pixmorra does not store complete card numbers or payment security codes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 0–1 business day (Monday – Saturday). The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM India Standard Time (IST).

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch via FedEx Express or an equivalent tracked carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, remote locations, or carrier disruptions.

Free shipping is provided on eligible orders to supported destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly collected at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Pixmorra accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 calendar days of delivery. Customers must contact Pixmorra before mailing any return to obtain return instructions and the correct return address.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, to the original payment method. No restocking fee is charged. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will attempt to cancel orders that have not entered packing or dispatch. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the order has been processed or shipped.

9. Accuracy of Information

Pixmorra makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, availability, and other information on this website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on pixmorra.com — including product photos, descriptions, logos, and design — is the property of Pixmorra and Pramod S Rajput. Product photos are taken by Pramod of his own handmade items. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pixmorra’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. Pixmorra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from purchases made through pixmorra.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

Pixmorra may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
