30-Day Return Window
Pixmorra accepts return requests within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Product Condition
Returned products must be sent back in a reasonable condition with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories where applicable.
Products should not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer-caused damage after delivery.
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Return Shipping and Return Label
Return shipping cost and return label are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers must arrange and pay for the return shipment unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges
Pixmorra accepts exchanges when the requested replacement item is available.
To request an exchange, contact us at info.pixmorra@gmail.com before sending the product back.
Restocking Fee
Pixmorra does not charge any restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after return approval.
Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Handmade Product Notice
Some Pixmorra products may be handmade, handcrafted, or made using natural materials. Small differences in color, shape, size, texture, pattern, or finish may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
